Bestbuy: I come in to pick up a computer i picked out, and apparently it was sold and there was only 1 because it was in the "clearence section". there were no signs and nobody told me that this was the clearence section. then, I pick another computer, and the one on display is the only one left, and there are scratches on it, but an employee assures me that it is just as good as new. then, after I make the purchase, the same employee says it isn't as good as new and tries to sell me some insurance. this experience has lead me to believe that the bestbuy system is moronic, and the staff seem to be stunned and don't know what they're doing.
